LESSONS FROM BRAZIL 2014
Hello folks, been a while....Well just from the concluded FIFA 2014 world cup, i was able to gather a few valuable lessons. I don't know what you saw but I saw things differently, most especially the much talked about match between the host Brazil and Germany...
You see in life sometimes, it may look like it would never be, when you look at the mountain you have to climb, the distance you have to walk, you tend to just throw in the towel, but i tell you, each step you take draws you closer to achieving your purpose...
let me quickly tell you the 3 important lessons I learnt from that match between these two countries...
1. GERMANY took about 15years to prepare for this tournament, which they won...
You want to be a doctor? You want to even be the worlds greatest footballer? It starts NOW! It may not look like it, but KEEP AT IT...
2. BRAZIL assumed they could overun the Germans as usual by sheer will power, but they got the surprise of their life....
Never substitute preparations for brawn....The Germans trained and prepared themselves for 15years for that match!
3. AFTER you have achieved, keep working! You never know who is behind you who wants to beat your record! German striker Miroslav Klose beat Ronaldo of Brazils record...It tooko some years but he did it...Where is Ronaldo today? hmmmn....
So folks, ever want to remain relevant and great? Keep working it...
